Grounded by eight years of military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, I approach growth with an uncompromising focus on discipline, integrity, and follow-through.
As a talent strategist, AI practitioner, and holistic coach, I operate at the intersection of modern systems and human depth. I hold an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and bring extensive experience advising organizations and recruiting & staffing in life sciences, specializing in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and contract research organizations (CROs).
My practice integrates practical AI adoption to optimize everyday workflows while preserving essential human discernment.
