About me
I’m Abel Davila, a Holistic Coach, HR and leadership practitioner, and founder of Shekhinah Learning Institute.
My work brings together decades of leadership and talent experience, formal business and coaching education, theological study, and a sincere commitment to helping people grow. I understand what it feels like to carry several callings at once, to reach a crossroads, and to need more than another motivational idea.
I created this coaching practice for people who want a thoughtful partner as they clarify what matters, confront what is keeping them stuck, and translate insight into consistent action. You do not need to arrive with all the answers. You only need a willingness to be honest, curious, and engaged in the work.
My approach
Lasting change becomes possible when understanding shapes emotion and both are expressed through deliberate action. Our work moves through all three.
We identify the essential issue, the deeper desire beneath it, and the possibilities that may have been obscured by pressure or habit.
We examine patterns, beliefs, strengths, and responsibilities so that your choices rest on insight rather than impulse.
We turn understanding into a focused plan, concrete commitments, and practices that can take root in everyday life.
Coaching is educational and developmental. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment for a mental health condition.
